The Xperience is a one stop shop event venue, where our goal is to streamline the event planning process. As the customer, you choose your vendors during the consultation process and we do all the communicating for you, and you receive one invoice. Per your booking, these are our selections of professional preferred vendors to choose from to make your Xperience upscale & grand.
Please use the inquiry page to inquire about your consultation, booking & pricing for all vendors. Vendors selected outside of our preferred vendor list will result in an additional fee.

If you wish to choose a catering company that is not contracted with the Xperience, the caterer needs to be preapproved (non-contracted catering fee may apply). A copy of W-9, catering permit, and insurance must be provided for approval.
